[Issuetracker-development] delayed/cancelled notificatoins

I've made a lot of progress on this and now I'm interested to hear what 
people think about it. Basically, what it does is that it skips 
notification to people who have participated in issues since the 
notification was prepared.

Image this:
    A - submits an issue
    B - responds with a followup
    C - also responds with a followup
        (this creates an unsent notification to A and B)
    B - responds again with a folloup
        (the unsent notification to B is removed)

This whole new feature requires that you switch off "Dispatch on submit" 
  which means that you have to set up a cronjob to call 
http://localhost:8080/issuetracker/dispatch every 5 or 15 or 60 min.

I've personally received too many notifications about things I've 
aldready seen so this is why I'm doing this.

What do you think? Anybody else interested in this feature?
