#26 "An integer is required" error message when adding issues
on issuetracker 0.5.2, when adding a new issuetracker instance and *not* going through the properties wizard, Zope throws and error when trying to add a new a new issue.
This error does not occur when the new istance is set up by going through the property wizard.
