#27 add a button "instructions" at theiconbar

I used the build in help functionality to add a button
next to the button print-preview.

This button brings the user to a generic instruction
about how the system is worktin and what is expected
from him.

step 1:
Implement the patch

step 2:
create a helpfile and store it in the directory

--> see directory /DOCS file HELP for instruction how to
make a helpfile (very easy)
