#115 "The page cannot be displayed" in IE

Hi list,

When I use IE (6 on win XP) some time I get "The page
cannot be displayed", after refresh I can see the page.
This (weird) phenomenon dose not accord in
FireFox/Mozzila...
The machine is "relaxed", on top I have 99.2% idle when
I experience this phenomenon.
I have LinuX + Apache/2.0.40 + PHP 4.2.2 + mysql
4.0.18 on RH 8.0.

I can verify this problem, using IE 6.01 on Win 2k, when following
a generated link in an Issue-Tracker email. The problem doesn't
occur in IE 5.2/Mac, Safari 1.0.3, Firefox 1.0 PR or Konqueror
3.2. Refreshing IE 6.01 doesn't solve the problem, it requires
completely shutting down the browser.

I believe this to be fixed in the latest commits to
subversion. Please check out the latest code to confirm.
