#3 Random Crontab Update Times (MacOS & Linux)

I'd set up a random number generator on what minute of every
hour the crontab is set on each install. This way websites won't be
hit to hard with bandwidth all at once when iPodder update.

Also, I've added support for Solaris under the Linux install option,
works great on 7 and 9.
