Hello,
I made the update to 3.7.0.r version but no Isphere function is active.
I tried 2 way, by update and by uninstall followed by install. No way, it continues not to work.
Couls you please help me?
Regards,
What does it mean "no iSphere function is actice"? Is the plug-in installed or not? Please check that first. You can start with the Eclipse preferences. Do you see the "iSphere" pages? If yes, what version is displayed on the iSphere main page?
Next you should check the installed plug-ins on "Help -> About -> Installation Details -> Plug-ins". Let the list sort by "Plug-in Id". The iSphere plug-ins start with "biz.isphere.*". So they should be right at the top of the list. You should see 31 plug-ins if you have a full installation of iSphere. All plug-ins should have version "3.7.0.r".
Last but not least, did you update iSphere with administrator privileges?

Thank you for letting me know. Most of the time missing administrator privileges are responsible for strange things when updating plug-ins. Also IBM recommends to update plug-ins only, if you have administrator previleges.

Thomas.
