Installing first time iSphere 3.7.1 and receive message "An error occurred while collecting items to be installed
session context was:(profile=IBM Software Delievery Platform
com.ibm.sdp.eclipse.ide, phase=org.eclispe.equinox.internal.p2.engine.phases.Collect, operand=, action=). No repository found containing: osgi.bundle,com.google.gson,2.2.4.v201311231704

      I assume that you did not have administrator privileges when you tried to install the iSphere plug-in. IBM recommends to change the RDI configuration only with administrator privileges. Most if not all issues like your issue could be solved by installing or updating iSphere with administrator privileges.
      This is not only a problem with the iSphere plug-in, but applies to all plug-ins.
