Window is flickering and some text/details are missing, when in Windows XP SP2 tool tips are displayed on any window/file.

    Please elaborate; are you saying that immediately upon startup on WinXP,32bit,SP2 the entire window flickers and that some UI elements are missing? Also, what do you mean about tool tips? I don't intend for tooltips to display anywhere in my program.

    I have attached a sreenshot.

    There are 3 frames in this gif. First frame shows that everything is OK. On the second frame you can see that whenever you open a dropdown menu some details (and text) are missing from isoblox window. On the third frame you can see that the text and details are missing when there is a tool tip displayed on the screen (I'm not sure if it's possible to make a screenshot with tool tip in it). Cursor is on the "Start" button in lower left corner (Windows taskbar). Tool tip "Click here to begin" is displayed (not on the sreenshot).

    The isoblox window isn't flickering. My bad, I've used the wrong word.
