If a self-approver manually creates a "Reject Submission" HTML form for another editor's submission and submits it to the server, the software with change the status of the submission to "In Progress" before aborting and telling the self-approver that s/he can't reject other editors' submissions. This leaves the affected submission in limbo as it only appears on the "Errored Out and In Progress Submissions" list.

Also, the displayed error message, "This submission wasn't created by you...", is preceded by an open "
