It's a bit disconcerting that the headers of all the source code files say "ALL RIGHTS RESERVED / The copyright notice above does not evidence any actual or intended publication of such source code.", especially considering that they are all licensed under a standard MIT license (per the included LICENSE file, and the Sourceforge project), and is both actually and intentionally published (via isfdb.org and sourceforge.net). We should update the headers to make these facts clearer.
