Not a bug Technically but...
I've filed this here as there seems to be no way at the isfdb to contact anyone in authority, at least not without needing to create an account (another sort of bug)
Recently the isfdb has changed links to material not on their servers to open new windows. I wish to point ou that this is not a currently acceptable practice in regards to accessibility issues. As per the w3c. I'd advise this decision be reversed.

Changing to a Feature Request -- we will likely implement a solution as a User Preference which users will be able to toggle on and off.
I would have to agree. I am not sure why someone thought it useful to implement FRs 3591244 and 3591256 (which seems to be a duplicate). It is very easy to cause most browsers to open a new tab or windows on a hyperlink by hyper link basis (usually by holding down Shift while clicking a link or similar).
Besides the fact that implementing those takes us backwards in terms of usability, I thought I would mention they also use HTML frames syntax would methinks is something best avoided.
