#123 Support wikipedia link for series

Quite a few series have their own article at wikipedia, separate from articela about individual works in the series, or in some cases inst4ead of such articles. Wikipedia has the "isfdb series" template to link such articles to the ISFDB's series biblio display. We should store and display a Wikipedia link to such an article when one exists.

This in part duplicates FR 2800720, which also requests more generic series URL/web links (including Wikipedia) for series bibliographies.

Now that all Wikipedia links have been combined with "Web pages" fields, this FR is out of date. There is another FR to add a "Web pages" field to Series records. Closing.
