#343 Web API does not entity escape correctly

return mangled data. This seems to be due to an incorrect entity escape algorithm.

Yes, the returned data appears to be overcoded, e.g. <title>&quot;King of the Pulps&quot;: The Life & Writings of H. Bedford-Jones</title>
