#169 Advanced ISBN Search doesn't find partial matches

Unlike regular Search, Advanced ISBN Search doesn't find partial matches. Given that the search box allows partial and then tells you to use Advanced Search if you get more than 300 results, we should have Advanced Search support the same searching. Continuation pages should use the same ISBN logic as the first page.

Although this is a very valid point it should be noted the current behavior is also valuable as when I search for "#5" in the simple search I get many results including partial hits like "#50", "#500", etc. (currently telling me there are 905 hits) but in the advanced search I get a nice small list of just the pubs with "#5" catalog id (16 hits; though I notice there are a separate 6 hits for "# 5" with a space).
