Apparently there is some confusion (on my part) about the conversion of
EST to GMT.&nbsp; GMT does not change to daylight savings time, and
therefore, the IRC is actually at 14:30 GMT, rather than 15:30 GMT.&nbsp; 
 
This is the corrected announcement: 
 
This is a reminder that the ISECOM IRC is tomorrow for one hour at
14:30 GMT (10:30am EDT) at #ISECOM on Freenode.net.
 
 
This IRC is your opportunity to present any ideas or comments, and to
