[Iscsitarget-devel] Fix compilation for linux 3.7

Dear iSCSI Enterprise Target Developers,

The compilation of iscsitarget against linux 3.7 requires a couple
of  minor fixes  contained  in the patch that  follows the present
message. Replicating the pattern observed in the codebase,  a com-
patibility patch  was also  created and the corresponding lines in
the Makefile were added. The changes has been tested in one of the
servers of our datacenter that is running Debian wheezy  and linux
3.7 from the experimental branch.
