#264 Changing pub IP Address on unmanaged PEP-no change on protne

If we change the public IP address on an unmanaged PEP, the Public IP Address for the protected networks do not change. The QComboBox does not have the new address in it. This is a legacy bug.

I got around this by saving the changes, clicking away from the PEP in LocationListView, editing the PEP and choosing the correct address. However, the QComboBox had both the new and old addresses and both addresses showed up in the Public IP Address table.
