#13 All ports blocked in w95osr2

Hi.

I am running Winsock firewall on a w95osr2 machine with a cablemodem
connection. After configuring the firewall and pressing the "start" button, it
seems to block all my ports. It even happens when I select the lowest
security level.

Has anybody else experienced the same behaviour?

As an additional comment, all ports remain blocked even after the firewall is
stopped. The only solution is restarting the system.
