I have used your good IRM Software with PHP and MySQL.
My only question is Why do you have change the language and the SQL server with the new version.
Did you make a evolution to use PHP4 and MySQL with IRT.
Thank's for your answer.

Perl is more flexible, one important reason I started using Perl for IRT.
I'm trying to move away from a MySQL specific approach, basing it off PostgreSQL this time (a much more complete database).
If you're interested in a PHP edition, check out the 1.3.x branch of IRM. (IRM 1.0.x runs on PHP4 as well).
