In linux, Plus.png and plus.png are different files.
Either the line
ttk::button $tbar.zoomPlus -text + -image ICON_plus -style PDF.TButton
should have Plus capitalized or the filename should be in lowercase....

Fixed in pdfviewer.0.9.1 ( see https://wiki.tcl-lang.org/page/pdfviewer for download).

It was a silly mistake (I'm running Linux on a shared Windows mount, filenames are case-insensitive !)
