The system is: IRM 1.5.7, PHP 5.0.2, Apache 2.0.52,
MySQL 4.0.21, OS WindowsXP, Web browser Internet
Explorer.
The problem:
On following pages the header and the comment can not
be seen until the corresponding place on a page is
selected by mouse click. - Knowledge Base, FastTrack,
FAQ, Setup->Setup Users, Setup->Setup the Knowledge
Base, Setup->Setup the FastTrack Templates.

believe fixed in the latest dev version, please report again
