#32 "Download Error" every time during WinXP setup

When I run Setup, it gets up to "mencoder.exe 100%" and then pops up a dialog "Download Error, click OK to abort installation". This happens every time; as a result the app cannot be installed.

You must uncheck the codec box,i think is the website connection problem.

I experienced the same error.
Is Vista an issue ??
What Web site is being referenced ??
Unchecking the codec box enables the install to complete.
What is the implication of missing codecs ??

I experienced the same error.
Then I tried downloading the program from http://iriverter.thestaticvoid.org/ and this solved my problem.
