I am trying to convert a video for an iRiver U10 using iRiverter. I have an HP notebook running WinXP. I tried installing iRiver using the Windows installer but could not get iRiverter to do anything except stall at the "converting" dialog box. After uninstalling, I downloaded the iRiverter files and ran from the .exe. After enabling Win2K compatibility, conversion started but ended abnormally with a mencoder error. Log file is attached.
What am I doing wrong?
