#18 Doesn't run

After installation, when trying to start iriverter I
receive the error message: An unhandled exception
occured. The program will close. Please see the log
for more details.
I am trying to run it on XP SP2. What should I do?

It does not run on MAC OSX too!

I have this problem in Vista. It started after I installed AutoGK.
