added check_backup('temp') functionality to only check the temp directories. to use before deleting temp.

check_backup.m email messages now contain information about which project is causing the error.

bugfix in load_aux to deal with differing number of aux channels between stacks (careful - is a hack and only works if missing channel is the last one)

in find_cells_gui.m using shift-d (to delete ROIs now searches for anything in a 20 pixel vicinity to delete.

adata list is now updated after registration

changed the default load behavior to not regenerate the list of adata_files already analyzed (adata_list). this is now saved in the Adata_dir (adata_list.mat).

calliope(1) will regenerate that list (currently takes about 60 seconds).

fixed bug involving t_mask becoming a double and bwarea throwing an error

calc_act.m now checks all layers if activity has been calculated (not just layer 1)
