changed the default load behavior to not regenerate the list of adata_files already analyzed (adata_list). this is now saved in the Adata_dir (adata_list.mat).

calliope(1) will regenerate that list (currently takes about 60 seconds).

fixed bug involving t_mask becoming a double and bwarea throwing an error

calc_act.m now checks all layers if activity has been calculated (not just layer 1)
