Added capability to generate proj meta for spine data. Brief summary below.

added whos('-file', ...) to check Adata file header of first ExpID for the variable spiny_regions.If found, spines_flag = 1 and the spine branch executes.

projID, uuid, Acode, animal, animalNbr, siteNbr, cortical_layer, ExpGroup, lab_notes — identical to other exp types. New: exp_type = 6 — identifier for 2P spine imaging and nbr_spiny_regions — number of spiny regions for this site.

For each expID/timepoint: timepoint, comments, spiny_region, spines, dendrite.

For first timepoint only: spine tracking and dendrite length.
rd is indexed (sr_cnt, tp_cnt) where the first dimension is spiny region and the second is timepoint, analogous to (zl_cnt, tp_cnt) for piezo layers in functional 2P

Add platform .wii fallback to readFrameRate

readFrameRate only handled .wii files with a text "FrameRate = <value>"
line. Platform .wii files store their config as a 4-byte little-endian
length followed by a "label=value;..." string, with the frame rate
under param.cameraFrameRate, so it returned [] for them.

If the line scan finds nothing, it now reads the length-prefixed config
string and extracts param.cameraFrameRate with a regex. The binary image
data after the config is never read. The length is capped at the file
size so that non-platform files can't trigger an oversized read.

Returns [] if neither format contains a frame rate.
