bugfix for tpi delete pipeline - GK

2 major updates:
1. moved old code into 99_Archive
2. implemented tpi inspect failed to complete the tpi delete pipeline

1. added support for owl.avi file type added to adata and generate_proj_meta.m

LL - Adata.m now checks if raw data has been deleted before saving for all recording types (including 2P)
