Replaced depfun with new matlab function

added listProjectsExpLog.m function that does as the name suggests...

minor - Use NARGINCHK instead of NARGCHK. No funtional change.

minor - new function added to library: polar plot with errorbars

new function "check_registration_batch", uses SiteID as input and plots "check_registration" plots for all experiments in that Site. Figures will named as respective ExpIDs.

This reverts the last commit of "check reg" button. Batch check registration coming later.

minor - new errorbar function (plots errorbars in x and y)

Replaced the old "check reg" button with a new "check animal reg" one, which upon clicking, will give check_registration plots of all experiments from the selected animal. Output figures will be named as respective ExpID.
