Update to new version come with 2016a signal toolbox, to eliminate "NARGCHK will be removed in a future release." warning.

major - registration generates template_sec with several templates according to the number of stackIDs in the ExpID of the experiment (by layer); find_cells_gui.m checks size of template_sec and in case uses the mean of the 3rd dimension to generate full template for ROIing;
