added logsig.m to Library/logsig.m

major - registration generates template_sec with several templates according to the number of stackIDs in the ExpID of the experiment (by layer); find_cells_gui.m checks size of template_sec and in case uses the mean of the 3rd dimension to generate full template for ROIing;

custom colormap by interpolating 3 specified colors
