bug fix for 2ch loading in calc_act.m

MAJOR added second channel support for loading and registering. Careful! probably not bug-free yet.

included a unique statement for project ACX for aux channel 'aud trig'

minor: renaming files

added calc_res_roi_distance.m to calculate distance between center of mass of two ROIs taking into account the sinusoidal scan path.

added a ';' to supress output.

added set_paths.m to automatically configure paths used in calliope and ProjectAnalysis

updated get_data_path.m to always look 1st in the local machine, then in the specified backup locations. I think this function should move to the ProjectAnalysis folder, since it contains keller group specific path names
