stim configs

for some reason after replacement of the rig1-stm, delay adds additional 0.888ms for every frame leading to lower effective frame rate, and this is not labview-specific, Vision Point also generates this, so i added subtraction of these 0.888 ms

added startexp trigger line to stim setup

updated settings for the new stim machine (replaced structure of the out wire in setcamera parameters and updated the paths to PCO vis in WidefieldMain_WidefieldStim.vi)

added stim computer
