[irig106-announce] ViewVC Potentially Vulnerable

Just FYI, the ViewVC Version 1.0.3 has gotten a bit
of noise lately on the developer list as being potentially
vulnerable to a "content type fixation issue". Not
exactly sure what that means, but, since the sourceforge
repository for the irig106 code uses ViewVC 1.0.3, we
should probably exercise a bit of caution until 1.1.0
is released.
