I've been working on a project to recast the IRIG 106 spec into HTML. There are a couple of reasons for this. First, the document is big enough that hyperlinks between related sections are handy. Second, I've written a user comments server side script that allows users to add their comments to a page. I've keep a file of notes on various aspects of Chapter 10 as I've worked with it. I've added my notes and comments. Feel free to browse what I have so far and add any comments that you think would make the spec clearer. The URL for what I've got so far is: =20 http://www.irig106.org/docs/106-05_html/ =20 Late last year I made my first release of simple command line utilities. Lately I've been prototyping a utility for making standard MPEG movies from Ch 10 files. I've got enough code to demonstrate that I can successfully read and convert Ch 10 files video streams. Now I need to turn it into a real user application. =20 Anybody going to the RCC in El Paso in March? =20 This is my first email sent to the SourceForge based mailing list. Lemme know if you don't get it. ;-) =20 Bob -- Bob Baggerman ! bob...@ga...=20 Electronic Systems Laboratory ! 404-407-7109 (office) Georgia Tech Research Institute ! 404-407-9109 (FAX) Atlanta, GA 30332 USA !
