	Hmm... You seem to have an issue with echo cancelation (all Tx
frames are duplicated). I suspect something wrong with your
hardware. This doesn't seem to have any consequence, so you can just
ignore.

	Real simple. The other device attempt to connect to the local
IrCOMM service. However, you are not running IrCOMM, therefore the
connection fails.
	So, you need to start the proper local IrCOMM service, or
instruct the other device to connect to the appropriate service.
