IRCSock Class / News: Recent posts

After a long time of coding, the Morph engine is finally here to...work! :)

This class is, in a way, an imitation of mIRC's legendar remote capabilities: each possible regexp can be given a type, and that type will be used later, thus making it the best system around - at least, I think.

It is fully versatile - it can be used ANYWHERE, ANYTIME, by anyone - and it comes in a small package with an example of a line in the remotes.rem file :)

I've released the first version of IRCSock, just as planned. For those who don't know, IRCSock is a PHP Class allowing people to connect a client onto IRC using PHP.

This release is the latest I've been able to do; however, I still need to code the regexp engine for the remotes (and if you don't wanna use it; don't, remove the load_remotes() :)). It covers all the aspects, but in less details than what I wanted due to some problems I encountered.... read more
