#67 Stack processing of multi-output operator does not show Tank items

Preview of multi-output operators (e.g. Fractal/Lacunarity) works, but stack processing does not work. It seems that stack is already processed, but multi-output result stacks are not written to the Tank.

Example:
Open Fractal/ IFS Generator
Set number of samples to 3 or more.
Press Create Samples

Open Fractal/ Lacunarity
Optional: Press Preview to see multi result for current image
Press Process Stack

After fixing this Ticket the old Ticket #55 (check if type of selected manager item is identical to input item type of opreator GUI) was a problem. See also old Ticket #24.
Solved in r599.
