#52 First selection and display of table-stack

After creating a new stack of tables (e.g. by calculating "statistics" from image stack), the first table is shown to be selected in the Manager. However, when pressing the shift key and selecting multiple tables, just the first one is shown.

Multiple selection of tables works after clicking on one specific table in the Manager before selecting multiple tables.

Idea: After creating a new stack of tables ALL tables should be selected (in the Manager) and the whole (merged) table should be shown. This was also the case in the first versions of IQM and seems to be expected by users.

This issue has been fixed in revision [r452].

Fix Description

After putting a stack of tables to the manager, all items are selected by default.
