[Ipsec-tools-devel] Racoon and Racoon2 incompatible (currently at least)?

Hello

I should probably write to the users-list, but your mailman sent me the
confirmation to -devel quite fast while the one for -users still didn't
arrive.

My search lead me to the conclusion that the FreeBSD-Port of Racoon2
isn't able to talk to the one of Racoon. The latter only speaks IKEv1
while the first only speaks kink. Is that true? Then I have to downgrade
since we use a couple of m0n0walls which can't be updated to run
Racoon2...
