Nope, there isn't really a "to do" list, per se.  I had a list of
things I was going to work on before my funding was canceled (in
particular NAT Traversal), but nothing formalized.  At this point
IPsec-Tools is mostly in maintenence mode (I dont have much time to
put into it).

I should at least roll another release to fix the racoon configure bug.
I just haven't had the time to deal. :(
