#77 "Lesson information" form has inconsistent look

"Lesson information" form has inconsistent look - misaligned text fields, dropdown lists; colors in columns don't match

1. Log in using your username and password
2. Click on "My Lessons" link
3. Click on "Add" button to add lesson
4. Observe "Lesson Information" form has inconsistent look:
a) the text field that holds Lesson name is not aligned with dropdown lists that describe languages;
b) the colors in the two columns of the form are different;
c) fields of the form are very close to each other in both columns
