#546 timestamp downloads

It would be nice if the podcast downloads were timestamped with the date/time of the file on the server, so one would know the date that the podcast was created (the show aired). All downloads now are stamped with NOW() time, rather than with the original time. While the transfer doesn't carry the info, it is possible to write code to read the timestamp on the server and "Touch" the file on the client to apply that time. WGET, a GPL command line file downloader (also available on sourceforge) does that now (automatically) and the code from it ought to be able to be adopted in iPodder.
