#508 Directory radio scan stalls

Clicking on Podcast Directory -> "radio" stalls on the
message "downloading " followed by a percentage, which
is different each time. All other functions continue
to work. On exit a log error message appears. The log
shows:

I have also seen this with Juice 2.2 running on Windows XP.

In this case, the directory that fails to dompletely
download is the "libsyn directory" supplied with Juice. It
consistently fails at about 71% downloaded, with the
following error in the log:
