No

version 2.2, Windows XP
After a temporary network failure (like a wireless
connection that is temporary unavailable) juice refuses
to resume the "downloading" items. More than two items
get the status "downloading", but they do not download.
After closing the program and starting it again, items
will download the next scheduled time.

On my WINSP SP2 box if I exit the program or shutdown the
computer (and get annoyed with the question about stopping
the download - yes I do want to shutdown...) then when I
start up the program the next time it frequently
terminates, requiring it to be restarted a second time.

I"m not certain this is the same issue, but it may be. I connect via dialup and the connection sometimes drops. When that happens, Juice marks any current downloads as complete as well as any which are queued. It's pretty frustrating to be hours into a download only to have it marked as done. There doesn't seem to be any recourse in that case but to delete the file and start from scratch. It would be great if Juice would respond to a dropped connection by leaving the downloads as partial and waiting to resume--after all, that's why I have it :-).
