#488 Truncated Enclosures - Not Downloading Entire File

I'm getting a number of enclosures that are being
truncated. It might be a 40MB file, but I'm only
getting half or so.

It's happening quite often (say 5% of all downloads)
and there's no error message displayed.

Is this a known issue? Is there a fix?

A listener of mine and I are having problems as well. It is
bad enough having the various episodes of Ancestor, but
cutting it short is just plain annoying.
