#466 Preferences dialog -display cutoff in General tab

Perhaps I see this because I have changed font size, menu
size, window title bar size, etc. on my WinXP system.
The General Tab of the Preferences dialog is too small to
contain all of its elements.
I see nothing below the line of text: "Download podcasts into
this folder:" See screen dump attached.
