After maximizing the iPodder Window, I can't change the
window size. It will minimize to the taskbar, but it
will not allow me to change the size of the window by
double clicking the top window bar or by clicking on
the maximize/restore down button. The cursor never
changes to a resize arrow.

Have you tried to right click on the top bar or the task bar for the window and
try that?
