Do you remember which version you were running, e.g. 2.0,
2.0.1, 2.0.3, 2.0.5?

Not sure.
Make sure not to quit iTunes after launching iPodder.
There's a known issue where iPodder will lose its connection
permanently after iTunes is stopped, even if iTunes is
started again later. Quitting and restarting iPodder should
be sufficient to restore the connection.

Did you reboot after updating iTunes? This was an issue with
previous iTunes updates, and might be an issue here as well.

Yes rebooted.
Another problem with iPodder is that I can't cleanup old
downloads. To get a list I have to uncheck the 'Player
List'. Then nothing gets deleted.
Previous version was fine.
