#406 Tries to update iPod when its not attached

iPodder 2.1 attempts to update my iPod after
downloading new podcasts whether or not the iPod is
attached.

If the iPod is not attached, the error is shown on the
screen from iTunes saying it can't find the iPod
'ipodname'.
